Know me, and I’ll know you

April 26, 2008, was my first time to watch a live band. I visited Sandwich’s myspace profile and while I’m reading their schedule I’m surprised that they will be going to SM City Marilao for a Mall Tour. So I asked my mom if I can go and watch Sandwich and luckily she told me that I can go there with my dad. Until that day has come, after eating lunch (that was around 12:00 pm) I asked my parents if we can go, and they said yes so I hurriedly ran up into my room and change my clothe. We (me and my dad) arrive in the venue around 12:15 pm, I think. I know the show will sart at 5:00 pm I decided to go early so we can occupy the front seat, and we did! We seated in the center-front (were the clostest in the stage!) So while were waiting I took some pictures of the stage After almost 6 hours of waiting, a disc jockey from a radio station come up the stage and we have game. I said something to my dad and suddenly when I looked in one side of the stage, I was amazingly shoked when I saw first Mong Alcaraz the guitarist of Sandwich and my favorite band Chicosci and he’s my favorite guitarist also! Sandwich is already there, they were just doing something with their instruments. And the show started! They were amazing, the stage is just like their playground, they give their best but still they also have fun. If I’m not mistaken, I think they sung 4-6 songs of course from their latest album <S> Marks the spot. The "fun part" has come, the authograph signing and if you want you can took a picture of you and a band member! Kuya Diego Castillo will be the first one to sign my poster and cd. Kuya Mong Alcaraz he handles the guitars, keys, synths, back-up vox, and the percs in Sandwich as well as in Chicosci (my favorite band!) I love kuya Mong very much! He’s so cute, he’s chinky eyes were dazzling! I was very star-strucked those times. Moving on…so he signed up my poster and, I told him to put my name on it and he did it! I took a solo picture of him also. Kuya Mike Dizon "the heavy duty drummer" he signed, and I took a picture of him as well. Kuya Raimund Marasigan, the frontman of sandwich. Acctually, he’s kinda cute too! I thought Kuya Raims Is not that nice because of his appearance, but I was wrong, he’s so nice! So like the other band members he signed my poster, and I took a picture of him, but my dad was not contented he took a picture of together with kuya Raims! I’m very very happy! My dad also took a picture of me and Kuya Mong his simple smile is so cute, aww honestly I don’t wan’t to leave beside him, and I can’t take my eyes off him!(To all Mongsters, PEACE!, now I’m a Mongster too) Kuya Diego and me also have a picture taken by my dad I love the wacky face, unfortunately I wasn’t able to have a picture with kuya Mike, cause he already go to the backstage. So sad ate maps wasn’t able to come, but the band brought a substitute for her, ate Jenny I forgot what band she’s in, but she’s awesome too, so my dad took a picture of me with ate Jenny! Also, I have my picture taken with the disc jockey of Campus fm, Hyper is her name, she beautiful! I really love Sandwich now, they were very thankful, acctually every song they finished, kuya Raims always say: "SALAMAT". Their songs were really awesome! I really have fun that day. <S> really marks the spot!

Hey! It’s my first blog. I just wanna try to post something. So, first I want to say few info of me. Well I’m Ariana N. Astor, my buddies call me yana, arian, ayang. My age is increasing every 22th of October. Yeah, Imma vampire (CHICOSCI fan). Hmmm…whatelse…uh, I love net surfing, soundtrinppin’, shopping, and watching television. I care for my family, friends (including the vampires). I’m hatin’ the posers, copycats, pretenders, and HATERS are not allowed in my page! I’m kinda nice but sometimes devilish hahaha…no, honestly I’m quite friendly :p I hate nothing to say, I’ll be updating my blog oftenly!
